Change can take many forms. For organisations to deliver sustainable performance improvement through their people, it is necessary to help individuals to quickly and smoothly navigate change. To do this an understanding and application of behavioural psychology is becoming increasingly important. I bring that specialist knowledge into organisations in several ways; as a specialist advisor, as a consultant supervisor and as a facilitator. Working primarily with internal and external coaches, HR managers and senior management teams, my role is to help them to deliver people related projects that have a tangible impact on business results by taking into account & utilising individual responses to change.
"I have worked with Lisa in a wide range of work situations – individual and group, large and small, change and performance enhancing. Every time, Lisa brings her invaluable, unique presence to my challenges. She has a deep specialist knowledge and well honed skills which, when combined with her genuine personal commitment, means I can always trust her to make a real difference. She is in a league of her own."

"Lisa is my go-to person when I want input and challenge with team development designs. She brings expertise from her understanding of individuals and combines it with her tuned-in sense of how I work best. You feel like she's in it with you, yet she maintains enough external perspective to uncover blind spots when you're feeling stuck."
Whether I am working with a client to design a team day, supervising a coach working with the senior leadership team or advising a leader on the likely impact of immanent change, I bring in-depth, specialist knowledge together with challenge and insight to ensure that our work has a real and significant impact. My clients say they value me, not only for my knowledge of leading edge fields such as neuroscience and mindfulness, but also for my experience, for the way I listen and for the things I am prepared to say.
"Lisa has been my coaching supervisor for 4 years now. I would not be as relaxed, engaged and effective as a coach if I'd been without her regular questions and observations. I look forward to our supervision conversations - they're a source of energy and connection. It's a very big relationship in which to be my best."
